Step preview

  1. Add olive oil to the inner pot
  2. Pre-heat until hot - Sauté, Normal
  3. Add chuck roast to the inner pot
  4. Brown - approx 8 min
  5. Turn over
  6. Brown - approx 5 min
  7. Spread with butter
  8. Sprinkle with au jus mix and ranch dressing mix
  9. Add water and pepperoncini to the inner pot
  10. Cook - Meat, High, 45 min
  11. Natural release - 20 min
  12. Release pressure -
  13. Transfer beef to serving plate
  14. Using a fork, shred the beef into large pieces then set aside
  15. Heat - Sauté, Normal
  16. Mix water and cornstarch into a clean small bowl
  17. Transfer slurry to inner pot
  18. Whisk until thickened
  19. Pour sauce over beef
  20. Garnish with fresh parsley
  21. Serve
