Step preview

  1. Add olive oil to the inner pot
  2. Pre-heat until hot - Sauté, Normal
  3. Add onion and garlic clove to the inner pot
  4. Sauté until softened - approx 3 min
  5. Add red bell pepper, green bell pepper, potato, smoked paprika, chicken broth and canned diced tomatoes to the inner pot
  6. Close and lock the lid and turn the steam release handle to Sealing
  7. Pressure cook - Meat, High, 5 min
  8. Release pressure -
  9. Then add cod fillet to the inner pot
  10. Close and lock the lid and turn the steam release handle to Sealing
  11. Pressure cook - Manual, Low, 8 min
  12. Release pressure -
  13. Then stir shrimp into the inner pot
  14. Cover until heated through - 5 min
  15. Serve
  16. Garnish with lemon, dill and fresh parsley
