Step preview

  1. Add olive oil to the inner pot
  2. Pre-heat until hot - Sauté, Normal
  3. Add onion and garlic clove to the inner pot
  4. Sauté until softened - approx 3 min
  5. Add red bell pepper, green bell pepper, potato, smoked paprika, chicken broth and canned diced tomatoes to the inner pot
  6. Cancel - Sauté
  7. Close and lock the lid and turn the steam release handle to Sealing
  8. Pressure cook - Meat, High, 5 min
  9. Quick release
  10. Add cod fillet to the inner pot
  11. Cancel - Keep warm
  12. Close and lock the lid and turn the steam release handle to Sealing
  13. Pressure cook - Manual, Low, 8 min
  14. Quick release
  15. Stir shrimp into the inner pot
  16. Cover until heated through - 5 min
  17. Serve
  18. Garnish with lemon, dill and fresh parsley
