Step preview

  1. Add ground coriander, salt, black pepper, chili powder and garlic powder to a clean small bowl
  2. Mix well
  3. Place pork baby back ribs on a clean cutting board
  4. Trim and cut into 4 rib sections
  5. Brush with maple syrup
  6. Rub with spice mixture
  7. Transfer ribs to inner pot
  8. Add tomato sauce, maple syrup, chili powder, ground cinnamon, ground ginger and garlic powder to a clean medium bowl
  9. Pour over ribs in pot; stir to coat ribs with sauce
  10. Close and lock the lid and turn the steam release handle to Sealing
  11. Pressure cook - Manual, High, 25 min
  12. Natural release - 10 min
  13. Release pressure -
  14. Remove ribs to plate; tent with foil
  15. Heat - Sauté, Normal
  16. Cook until thickened - 10 min
  17. Brush ribs with sauce; serve remaining sauce on the side
