Step preview

  1. Pre-heat - Sauté, More
  2. Add unsalted butter and yellow onion to the inner pot
  3. Sauté until lightly browned - approx 10 min
  4. Add macaroni and chicken broth to the inner pot
  5. Stir until combined
  6. Cancel - Sauté
  7. Close and lock the lid and turn the steam release handle to Sealing
  8. Pressure cook - Manual, High, 6 min
  9. Quick release
  10. Stir gouda cheese, parmesan cheese, half and half, dijon mustard and black pepper into the inner pot
  11. Let rest until thickened - approx 5 min
  12. Stir
  13. Serve immediately
