  1. Pre-heat - Sauté, More
  2. Add unsalted butter and yellow onion to the inner pot
  3. Sauté until lightly browned - approx 10 min
  4. Add macaroni and chicken broth to the inner pot
  5. Stir until combined
  6. Close and lock the lid and turn the steam release handle to Sealing
  7. Pressure cook - Manual, High, 6 min
  8. Release pressure -
  9. Then stir gouda cheese, parmesan cheese, half and half, dijon mustard and black pepper into the inner pot
  10. Let rest until thickened - approx 5 min
  11. Stir
  12. Serve immediately
