Step preview

  1. Heat - Sauté, Normal
  2. Add bacon to the inner pot
  3. Cook until crispy
  4. Drain bacon fat, place cooked bacon in between two paper towels and set aside
  5. Pour chicken broth into the inner pot
  6. Deglaze with a wooden spoon
  7. Add yukon gold potato, salt and black pepper to the inner pot
  8. Close and lock the lid and turn the steam release handle to Sealing
  9. Pressure cook - Soup, High, 10 min
  10. Release pressure -
  11. Blend with stick blender until slightly chunky
  12. Heat - Sauté, Normal
  13. Then add cream cheese and half and half to the inner pot
  14. Whisk in
  15. Cook while stirring occasionally - 10 min
  16. Mix in half of the cooked bacon
  17. Serve topped with remaining bacon
  18. Garnish with sharp cheddar and green onion
