Step preview

  1. Place salmon filet on a clean cutting board
  2. Sprinkle with dill, salt and black pepper
  3. Add water to the inner pot
  4. Place a clean rack in the inner pot
  5. Transfer fish to rack skin side down
  6. Sprinkle with lemon juice
  7. Top with lemon
  8. Close and lock the lid and turn the steam release handle to Sealing
  9. Pressure cook - Steam, High, 5 min
  10. Release pressure -
  11. Use meat thermometer to ensure fish has completely cooked to at least 145°F
  12. Garnish with dill and lemon
