Step preview

  1. Add butter and olive oil to the inner pot
  2. Pre-heat until hot - Sauté, Normal
  3. Then add garlic and onion to the inner pot
  4. Cook while stirring frequently - approx 2 min
  5. Add lean ground beef to the inner pot
  6. Cook until lightly browned - approx 5 min
  7. Drain grease from inner pot
  8. Add italian herbs, pasta sauce, beef broth, water and red wine to the inner pot
  9. Add pasta to the inner pot
  10. Stir until well combined
  11. Close and lock the lid and turn the steam release handle to Sealing
  12. Pressure cook - Manual, High, 20 min
  13. Release pressure -
  14. Then stir mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese and ricotta cheese into the inner pot
  15. Serve in a large bowl
  16. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese
