Step preview

  1. Place baby back rib rack on a clean cutting board
  2. Season with black pepper and salt generously
  3. Cut slab in half if it's too big for your Instant Pot
  4. Add apple juice to the inner pot
  5. Place ribs into pot
  6. Drizzle with barbecue sauce
  7. Close and lock the lid and turn the steam release handle to Sealing
  8. Pressure cook - Manual, High, 25 min
  9. Natural release - 5 min
  10. Pre-heat the broiler
  11. Release pressure -
  12. Remove ribs from Instant Pot and place on a baking sheet
  13. Spread with barbecue sauce
  14. Broil - 8 min
  15. Remove and brush with a bit more sauce. Pull apart and dig in!
