Step preview

  1. Pre-heat - Sauté, Normal
  2. Add butter to the inner pot
  3. Place pork chop on a clean cutting board
  4. Season with pink himalayan salt and black pepper
  5. Transfer pork chops to inner pot
  6. Brown the chops on both sides
  7. Remove the chops
  8. Pour bone broth into the inner pot
  9. Deglaze with a wooden spoon
  10. Return the pork chops to the inner pot
  11. Top with garlic clove
  12. Cancel - Sauté
  13. Close and lock the lid and turn the steam release handle to Sealing
  14. Pressure cook - Manual, High, 8 min
  15. Natural release
  16. Set chops on a platter
  17. Add unsweetened almond milk and arrowroot powder to a clean small bowl
  18. Stir until smooth
  19. Transfer to the pan juices
  20. Cancel - Keep warm
  21. Heat - Sauté, Normal
  22. Bring to a boil
  23. Stir until thickened - 3 min
  24. Serve and Enjoy!
