Step preview

  1. Pre-heat - Sauté, Normal
  2. Add butter to the inner pot
  3. Place pork chop on a clean cutting board
  4. Season with pink himalayan salt and black pepper
  5. Transfer pork chops to inner pot
  6. Brown the chops on both sides
  7. Remove the chops
  8. Pour bone broth into the inner pot
  9. Deglaze with a wooden spoon
  10. Return the pork chops to the inner pot
  11. Top with garlic clove
  12. Close and lock the lid and turn the steam release handle to Sealing
  13. Pressure cook - Manual, High, 8 min
  14. Natural release
  15. Set chops on a platter
  16. Add unsweetened almond milk and arrowroot powder to a clean small bowl
  17. Stir until smooth
  18. Transfer to the pan juices
  19. Heat - Sauté, Normal
  20. Bring to a boil
  21. Stir until thickened - 3 min
  22. Serve and Enjoy!
