If desired, prepare gravy with cooking liquid after removing turkey from pot. Place 1/4 cup all-purpose flour in small bowl; stir in 1/2 cup hot cooking liquid until smooth. Press Sauté; add flour mixture to pot. Cook 5 minutes or until gravy thickens, stirring frequently.

Step preview

  1. Add lemon juice, dry white wine, garlic clove, salt, dried parsley, tarragon, dried rosemary, dried sage and black pepper to a clean small bowl

  12. Let rest - 10 min
  13. Slice
  14. Serve
  15. Garnish with lemon
