Step preview

  1. Place a clean rack in the inner pot
  2. Add water to the inner pot
  3. Add rolled oats, 1% milk, brown sugar, ginger, ground cardamom, ground cinnamon, kosher salt, saffron, raw cashews and slivered almonds to a clean heatproof bowl
  4. Stir until combined
  5. Place the bowl on the rack
  6. Close and lock the lid and turn the steam release handle to Sealing
  7. Pressure cook - Manual, High, 10 min
  8. Natural release - 10 min
  9. Release pressure -
  10. Stir 1% milk into the heatproof bowl
  11. Transfer oat mixture to 4 small bowls
  12. Top with raw cashews, slivered almonds and maple syrup
  13. Serve
