Step preview

  1. Add sugar, vanilla extract and butter to a clean large mixing bowl
  2. Cream until light and fluffy
  3. Add egg to the large mixing bowl one by one
  4. Beat until well combined
  5. Add cocoa powder, baking powder, salt and all purpose flour to a clean large mixing bowl
  6. Transfer egg mixture to large mixing bowl slowly while mixing
  7. Mix until well combined
  8. Stir chocolate chips into the large mixing bowl
  9. Spray baking spray onto a clean springform pan
  10. Add water to the inner pot
  11. Cover springform pan loosely with foil
  12. Place a clean rack in the inner pot
  13. Place springform pan on the rack
  14. Close and lock the lid and turn the steam release handle to Sealing
  15. Pressure cook - Manual, High, 30 min
  16. Natural release - 10 min
  17. Release pressure -
  18. Serve warm
