Step preview

  1. Line a clean springform pan with parchment paper
  2. Spray baking spray onto the springform pan
  3. Add unsalted butter, egg, instant coffee, vanilla extract, kosher salt and brown sugar to a clean large mixing bowl
  4. Whisk until combined
  5. Add all purpose flour and cocoa powder to the large mixing bowl
  6. Fold walnuts and semisweet chocolate chips into the large mixing bowl
  7. Transfer batter to springform pan
  8. Tap the pan firmly against the countertop a few times to remove any air bubbles in the batter.
  9. Cover tightly with foil
  10. Place the pan on a clean rack
  11. Add water to the inner pot
  12. Place the rack and springform pan in the inner pot
  13. Close and lock the lid and turn the steam release handle to Sealing
  14. Pressure cook - Manual, High, 35 min
  15. Natural release - 10 min
  16. Quick release
  17. Remove springform pan from inner pot
  18. Let cool on round wire rack - 20 min
  19. Serve
