    1 ½ cups (about 360 g)
  • Sugar icon

    ¾ cup (about 153 g)

    5 cups (about 1.2 kg)

Step preview

  1. Pre-heat - Sauté, Normal
  2. Add arborio rice, sugar, salt and 1% milk to the inner pot
  3. Heat until sugar has dissolved and bring to a boil
  4. Close and lock the lid and turn the steam release handle to Sealing
  5. Pressure cook - Manual, Low, 16 min
  6. Add egg, half and half and vanilla extract to a clean medium bowl
  7. Whisk until combined
  8. Natural release - 10 min
  9. Release pressure -
  10. Stir the rice in pot
  11. Stir egg mixture into rice
  12. Heat - Sauté, Normal
  13. Heat until just boiling
  14. Stir raisins into the rice
  15. Serve immediately, or pour into servings dishes until cool then chill
