    METHOD


  • 1. Add butter to the inner pot
  • 2. Heat until hot - Sauté, Normal
  • 3. Then add beef bone broth, cream cheese, celery stalk, frozen crab meat, old bay seasoning, cayenne pepper, kosher salt, black pepper, bell pepper, heavy cream, onion and crushed tomatoes to the inner pot
  • 4. Stir until combined
  • 5. Close and lock the lid and turn the steam release handle to Sealing
  • 6. Pressure cook - Manual, High, 3 min
  • 7. Release pressure - Quick venting
  • 8. For a smoother soup, briefly use an immersion blender, until desired consistency is reached
  • 9. Remove the bisque, serve, and enjoy
