Crab bisque—is there anything more delicious (and nutritious) for dinner? I frequently pair this with fresh asparagus, or some steamed broccoli. Try garnishing the bisque with a pinch of tarragon or paprika, for even more taste.

Step preview

  1. Add butter to the inner pot
  2. Heat until hot - Sauté, Normal
  3. Then add beef bone broth, cream cheese, celery stalk, frozen crab meat, old bay seasoning, cayenne pepper, kosher salt, black pepper, bell pepper, heavy cream, onion and crushed tomatoes to the inner pot
  4. Stir until combined
  5. Cancel - Sauté
  6. Close and lock the lid and turn the steam release handle to Sealing
  7. Pressure cook - Manual, High, 3 min
  8. Quick release
  9. For a smoother soup, briefly use an immersion blender, until desired consistency is reached
  10. Remove the bisque, serve, and enjoy
