Step preview

  1. Add cilantro and green chili to a clean food processor bowl
  2. Make a fine paste
  3. Add ghee to the inner pot
  4. Heat until hot - Sauté, Normal
  5. Then add cumin seeds to the inner pot
  6. Fry well
  7. Add onion, garlic clove and cashew nuts to the inner pot
  8. Fry until light golden
  9. Add Cilantro green chili paste and fry till raw smell goes away, approx 2-3 minutes
  10. Mix garam masala into the inner pot
  11. Add white rice, water and salt to the inner pot
  12. Mix gently
  13. Cancel - Sauté
  14. Close and lock the lid and turn the steam release handle to Sealing
  15. Pressure cook - Rice
  16. Quick release
  17. Uncover then fluff with a fork
  18. Serve hot and garnish with cilantro if desired
