I love having a pop after a run in the morning. It cools me down immediately and I don't have to prep anything.

    Ingredients

  • Pineapple icon
    Pineapple650 gpeeled, diced
  • Kale icon
    Kale140 gchopped
  • Ginger icon
    Ginger40 gcoarsely chopped
  • Orange juice icon
    Orange juice200 g
    Method

  • 1. Add pineapple, kale, ginger and orange juice to a clean blender jug
  • 2. Blend until smooth - 2 min
  • 3. Strain purée into glass measuring cup
  • 4. Transfer carefully to popsicle mold
  • 5. Freeze until hard
