Step preview

  1. Add vegetable oil to the inner pot
  2. Pre-heat until hot - Sauté, Normal
  3. Then add pork loin to the inner pot
  4. Cook until browned while stirring occasionally - approx 6 min
  5. Transfer pork to a plate
  6. Add onion to the inner pot
  7. Sauté until softened while stirring occasionally - approx 3 min
  8. Add tomatillo, garlic clove and ground cumin to the inner pot
  9. Cook while stirring occasionally
  10. Add great northern beans, Canned Green Chiles, salt and black pepper to the inner pot
  11. Transfer pork to inner pot
  12. Mix well
  13. Cancel - Sauté
  14. Close and lock the lid and turn the steam release handle to Sealing
  15. Pressure cook - Manual, High, 8 min
  16. Natural release - 10 min
  17. Quick release
  18. Stir cilantro into the inner pot
  19. Serve
