  1. Place chicken breast on a clean plate
  2. Season with salt and black pepper
  3. Add olive oil to the inner pot
  4. Pre-heat until hot - Sauté, Normal
  5. Add chicken to inner pot
  6. Cook until browned - approx 6 min
  7. Add chicken broth to the inner pot
  8. Close and lock the lid and turn the steam release handle to Sealing
  9. Pressure cook - Manual, High, 3 min
  10. Release pressure -
  11. Transfer chicken to serving plate and cover
  12. Add lemon juice to the inner pot
  13. Pre-heat - Sauté, Normal
  14. Cook until reduced - 5 min
  15. Whisk butter into the inner pot
  16. Add capers and flat-leaf parsley to the inner pot
  17. Pour sauce into chicken
  18. Serve with pasta and lemon
