Step preview

  1. Place chicken breast on a clean plate
  2. Season with salt and black pepper
  3. Add olive oil to the inner pot
  4. Pre-heat until hot - Sauté, Normal
  5. Add chicken to inner pot
  6. Cook until browned - approx 6 min
  7. Add chicken broth to the inner pot
  8. Cancel - Sauté
  9. Close and lock the lid and turn the steam release handle to Sealing
  10. Pressure cook - Manual, High, 3 min
  11. Quick release
  12. Cancel - Keep warm
  13. Transfer chicken to serving plate and cover
  14. Add lemon juice to the inner pot
  15. Pre-heat - Sauté, Normal
  16. Cook until reduced - 5 min
  17. Cancel - Sauté
  18. Then whisk butter into the inner pot
  19. Add capers and flat-leaf parsley to the inner pot
  20. Pour sauce into chicken
  21. Serve with pasta and lemon
