Step preview

  1. Add whole chicken, red onion, celery stalk and bay leaves to the inner pot
  2. Pour chicken broth into the inner pot slowly
  3. Close and lock the lid and turn the steam release handle to Sealing
  4. Pressure cook - Manual, High, 30 min
  5. Natural release
  6. Transfer chicken to a cutting board and let cool
  7. Discard onion, celery, and bay leaf
  8. Add celery stalk, red bell pepper, carrot, red onion, garlic clove, egg noodles, dried thyme, dried sage, salt and black pepper to the inner pot
  9. Close and lock the lid and turn the steam release handle to Sealing
  10. Pressure cook - Manual, High, 2 min
  11. Release pressure -
  12. Debone chicken
  13. Cut a clean cutting board
  14. Return chicken to inner pot
  15. Pre-heat - Sauté, Normal
  16. Cook until heated through - approx 2 min
  17. Stir baby spinach and lemon into the inner pot
  18. Serve
