Step preview

  1. Add whole chicken, celery stalk, red onion and bay leaves to the inner pot
  2. Pour chicken broth into the inner pot slowly
  3. Close and lock the lid and turn the steam release handle to Sealing
  4. Pressure cook - Manual, High, 30 min
  5. Natural release
  6. Cancel - Keep warm
  7. Transfer chicken to a cutting board and let cool
  8. Discard onion, celery, and bay leaf
  9. Add celery stalk, carrot, red bell pepper, red onion, garlic clove, egg noodles, dried thyme, dried sage, salt and black pepper to the inner pot
  10. Close and lock the lid and turn the steam release handle to Sealing
  11. Pressure cook - Manual, High, 2 min
  12. Quick release
  13. Cancel - Keep warm
  14. Debone chicken
  15. Cut a clean cutting board
  16. Return chicken to inner pot
  17. Pre-heat - Sauté, Normal
  18. Cook until heated through - approx 2 min
  19. Cancel - Sauté
  20. Stir baby spinach and lemon into the inner pot
  21. Serve
