Step preview

  1. Combine garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, paprika, salt and black pepper with a clean large mixing bowl
  2. Add chicken tenders to the large mixing bowl
  3. Toss until coated
  4. Pre-heat until hot - Sauté, Normal
  5. Add butter and oil to the inner pot
  6. Stir until melted
  7. Transfer chicken to inner pot
  8. Sauté briefly
  9. Transfer chicken to plate
  10. Add chicken broth to the inner pot
  11. Return chicken to inner pot
  12. Close and lock the lid and turn the steam release handle to Sealing
  13. Pressure cook - Manual, High, 3 min
  14. Release pressure -
  15. Mix cornstarch and water into a clean small bowl
  16. Transfer slurry to inner pot
  17. Stir until combined
  18. Pre-heat - Sauté, Normal
  19. Stir constantly until thickened
  20. Stir heavy cream into the inner pot gradually
  21. Add spaghetti to a clean large serving bowl
  22. Transfer sauce to large serving bowl
  23. Sprinkle with fresh parsley
  24. Serve
