Cauliflower florets are cooked in simple yet flavorsome Onion Tomato based gravy, can be served with Rice, Roti or Naan. Skip the curry leaves if you don’t have them. If you don’t have coriander powder or garam masala, you can use curry powder.

Step preview

  1. Add oil to the inner pot
  2. Pre-heat until hot - Sauté, More
  3. Add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, red chili and fresh curry leaves to the inner pot
  4. Fry well
  5. Add onion and salt to the inner pot
  6. Sauté until browned
  7. Add ginger-garlic paste to the inner pot
  8. Fry - approx 30 sec
  9. Add tomato to the inner pot
  10. Fry until softened
  11. Add ground turmeric, ground coriander, garam masala and chili powder to the inner pot
  12. Fry - 1 min
  13. Add cauliflower, water and salt to the inner pot
  14. Close and lock the lid and turn the steam release handle to Sealing
  15. Pressure cook - Manual, High, 3 min
  16. Natural release - 5 min
  17. Release pressure -
  18. Serve
  19. Garnish with cilantro
