Step preview

  1. Pre-heat - Sauté, Normal
  2. Add onion to the inner pot
  3. Sauté until browned - approx 10 min
  4. Add garlic clove to the inner pot
  5. Sauté - approx 2 min
  6. Cancel - Sauté
  7. Then add smoked paprika, chipotle chili powder, canned black beans, fire-roasted diced tomatoes, dried oregano, crimini mushrooms and ground cumin to the inner pot
  8. Close and lock the lid and turn the steam release handle to Sealing
  9. Pressure cook - Manual, High, 6 min
  10. Quick release
  11. Stir frozen corn into the inner pot
  12. Serve
  13. To make faux parmesan:
  14. Add oats, salt-free seasoning and nutritional yeast to a clean blender jug
  15. Blend until powdery
  16. Sprinkle faux parmesan on chili
