Step preview

  1. Pre-heat - Sauté, Normal
  2. Add onion to the inner pot
  3. Sauté until browned - approx 10 min
  4. Add garlic clove to the inner pot
  5. Sauté - approx 2 min
  6. Add smoked paprika, chipotle chili powder, canned black beans, fire-roasted diced tomatoes, dried oregano, crimini mushrooms and ground cumin to the inner pot
  7. Close and lock the lid and turn the steam release handle to Sealing
  8. Pressure cook - Manual, High, 6 min
  9. Release pressure -
  10. Then stir frozen corn into the inner pot
  11. Serve
  12. To make faux parmesan:
  13. Add oats, salt-free seasoning and nutritional yeast to a clean blender jug
  14. Blend until powdery
  15. Sprinkle faux parmesan on chili
