Step preview

  1. Add chuck roast, black pepper, gluten-free flour and pink himalayan salt to a clean medium bowl
  2. Toss gently until coated then set aside
  3. Pre-heat until hot - Sauté, Normal
  4. Add avocado oil to the inner pot
  5. Transfer content of medium bowl to inner pot bit by bit
  6. Brown
  7. Transfer content of inner pot to plate then set aside
  8. Add avocado oil and onion to the inner pot
  9. Sauté until translucent
  10. Add garlic clove to the inner pot
  11. Add tomato paste, red wine, beef broth, bay leaves, fresh thyme and fresh parsley to the inner pot
  12. Simmer - approx 5 min
  13. Add meat to inner pot
  14. Stir well
  15. Close and lock the lid and turn the steam release handle to Sealing
  16. Pressure cook - Meat, High, 20 min
  17. Release pressure -
  18. Then add potato, celery stalk, carrot and button mushroom to the inner pot
  19. Mix well
  20. Close and lock the lid and turn the steam release handle to Sealing
  21. Pressure cook - Manual, High, 10 min
  22. Natural release
  23. Set the meat and vegetables aside in a large bowl
  24. Add water to a clean medium bowl
  25. Transfer one content of inner pot to medium bowl
  26. Add gluten-free flour to the medium bowl
  27. Whisk vigorously
  28. Heat - Sauté, Normal
  29. Transfer slurry to inner pot
  30. Stir well
  31. Cook until thickened
  32. Return meat and vegetables into the inner pot
  33. Serve immediately
  34. Garnish with fresh parsley
