Step preview

  1. Add water, cream of chicken soup, au jus mix and french onion soup to the inner pot
  2. Mix well
  3. Add steak to the inner pot
  4. Close and lock the lid and turn the steam release handle to Sealing
  5. Pressure cook - Manual, High, 20 min
  6. Quick release
  7. Cancel - Keep warm
  8. Transfer steak to a plate
  9. Add cornstarch and water to a clean small bowl
  10. Mix with tablespoon
  11. Transfer slurry to inner pot
  12. Whisk well
  13. Transfer steak to inner pot
  14. Replace lid
  15. Keep warm until ready to serve
