Step preview

  1. Pre-heat - Sauté, Normal
  2. Add red onion, red bell pepper and orange juice to the inner pot
  3. Sauté until translucent - approx 10 min
  4. Add sweet potato, canned red kidney beans, fire-roasted diced tomatoes, chili powder, smoked paprika, chipotle chili powder and orange juice to the inner pot
  5. Simmer until soft - approx 30 min
  6. Cancel - Sauté
  7. Then stir kale into the inner pot
  8. Stir until wilted
  9. Serve immediately
