Step preview

  1. Add chicken thighs, great northern beans, canned black beans, fire-roasted crushed tomatoes, onion, chicken broth, orange juice, chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, salt, ground cumin and bay leaves to the inner pot
  2. Mix well
  3. Close and lock the lid and turn the steam release handle to Sealing
  4. Pressure cook - Manual, High, 6 min
  5. Natural release - 5 min
  6. Quick release
  7. Cancel - Keep warm
  8. Heat - Sauté, Normal
  9. Heat until thickened while stirring frequently - approx 3 min
  10. Remove and discard bay leaf
  11. Garnish with cilantro
