Step preview

  1. Add whole milk and sugar to the inner pot
  2. Stir until sugar has dissolved
  3. Add basmati rice, golden raisins, cardamom pods and salt to the inner pot
  4. Mix well
  5. Close and lock the lid and turn the steam release handle to Sealing
  6. Pressure cook - Manual, High, 5 min
  7. Natural release - 10 min

  9. Stir well
  10. Garnish with orange zest and pistachios
