Step preview

  1. Add water to the inner pot
  2. Place a clean rack in the inner pot
  3. Place egg on the rack
  4. Close and lock the lid and turn the steam release handle to Sealing
  5. Pressure cook - Manual, High, 6 min
  6. Release pressure -
  7. Transfer eggs to small bowl then set aside
  8. Remove rack
  9. Rinse and dry inner pot
  10. Pre-heat - Sauté, Normal
  11. Then add coconut oil, butter and slivered almonds to the inner pot
  12. Sauté until light golden - approx 3 min
  13. Add spinach, kale, garlic clove, salt and black pepper to the inner pot
  14. Sauté until wilted - approx 5 min
  15. Transfer content of inner pot to medium bowl
  16. Peel the boiled eggs and cut in halves
  17. Transfer eggs to salad
  18. Add avocado to the salad
  19. Sprinkle with red pepper flakes
  20. Serve
