Step preview

  1. Add long grain rice to a clean sieve
  2. Rinse well
  3. Pre-heat - Sauté, Normal
  4. Add butter to the inner pot
  5. Melt
  6. Transfer rice to inner pot
  7. Cook until golden brown while stirring occasionally - approx 6 min
  8. Add vegetable broth, greek seasoning, dried oregano and salt to the inner pot and mix
  9. Close and lock the lid and turn the steam release handle to Sealing
  10. Pressure cook - Manual, High, 4 min
  11. Natural release - 10 min
  12. Release pressure -
  13. Then stir pitted kalamata olives and roasted red pepper into the inner pot
  14. Garnish with feta cheese and flat-leaf parsley
