Step preview

  1. Add long grain rice to a clean sieve
  2. Rinse well
  3. Pre-heat - Sauté, Normal
  4. Add butter to the inner pot
  5. Melt
  6. Transfer rice to inner pot
  7. Cook until golden brown while stirring occasionally - approx 6 min
  8. Add vegetable broth, greek seasoning, dried oregano and salt to the inner pot and mix
  9. Cancel - Sauté
  10. Close and lock the lid and turn the steam release handle to Sealing
  11. Pressure cook - Manual, High, 4 min
  12. Natural release - 10 min
  13. Quick release
  14. Stir pitted kalamata olives and roasted red pepper into the inner pot
  15. Garnish with feta cheese and flat-leaf parsley
