Step preview

  1. Add water to the inner pot
  2. Place a clean rack in the inner pot
  3. Place egg on the rack
  4. Close and lock the lid and turn the steam release handle to Sealing
  5. Pressure cook - Manual, High, 6 min
  6. Release pressure -
  7. Remove
  8. Transfer eggs to medium bowl
  9. Add water to the medium bowl
  10. Let cool
  11. Peel
  12. Pat dry with paper towels
  13. Slice lengthwise
  14. Add mayonnaise, mustard, salt and black pepper to a clean medium bowl
  15. Remove the egg yolks from the whites and place them in a medium bowl, reserving the whites.
  16. Mix well with tablespoon
  17. Transfer filling to eggs
  18. Garnish with smoked paprika and fresh chives
