  6. Transfer beef to serving plate

  9. Pressure cook - Manual, High, 3 min
  10. Quick release serving plate
  11. Remove fat from brisket
  12. Carve into thin slices across the grain
  13. Mix butter and salt & pepper into a clean small bowl
  14. Drizzle vegetables with butter
  15. Serve
