These spicy and saucy keto buffalo wings are low in carbs, gluten-free, and just as rich and buttery as the wings from your favorite wing restaurant, but without the deep frying! For some extra heat, add an additional 1/8 tsp to 1/4 tsp of ground cayenne pepper.

Step preview

  1. Add smoked paprika, garlic powder, sea salt, black pepper, ground celery seed, cayenne pepper and olive oil to a clean small bowl
  2. Stir until well combined then set aside
  3. Add chicken wings to a clean large mixing bowl
  4. Transfer spices to large mixing bowl
  5. Toss until coated
  6. Place a clean rack in the inner pot
  7. Add water to the inner pot
  8. Transfer chicken to inner pot
  9. Close and lock the lid and turn the steam release handle to Sealing
  10. Pressure cook - Manual, High, 7 min
  11. Release pressure -
  12. Pre-heat broiler - 260°C
  13. Line a clean baking sheet with foil
  14. Spray with coconut oil and set aside
  15. Add hot pepper sauce and unsalted butter to a clean saucepan
  16. Cook until combined while stirring frequently - medium heat
  17. Cover then reduce heat
  18. Simmer then set aside - 3 min, low heat
  19. Transfer chicken to large mixing bowl
  20. Pour half of sauce over chicken
  21. Toss until coated
  22. Arrange chicken on baking sheet
  23. Broil each side - 3 min
  24. Brush the sauce over chicken
  25. Transfer chicken to serving plate
  26. Sprinkle with cilantro
  27. Serve
