Chicken wings are always a hit at any party or game day celebration, and these classic Buffalo wings certainly fit the bill. The sheer simplicity of this recipe makes it a hit with the chef, too!

Step preview

  1. Mix wing sauce, barbecue sauce and worcestershire sauce into a clean large mixing bowl together
  2. Add chicken wings to the large mixing bowl
  3. Toss until coated
  4. Add water to the inner pot
  5. Place a clean steamer basket in the inner pot
  6. Arrange chicken in steamer basket and reserve liquid
  7. Close and lock the lid and turn the steam release handle to Sealing
  8. Pressure cook - Manual, High, 6 min
  9. Cancel - Keep warm
  10. Quick release
  11. Pre-heat broiler
  12. Line a clean baking sheet with foil
  13. Set a clean rack on top of the baking sheet
  14. Transfer chicken to rack
  15. Pour out water from inner pot
  16. Rinse and dry the inner pot
  17. Heat - Sauté, Normal
  18. Add reserved liquid to the inner pot
  19. Cook until thickened while stirring frequently - approx 5 min
  20. Broil chicken each side until browned - approx 3 min
  21. Transfer chicken to serving plate
  22. Drizzle chicken with sauce
  23. Serve
