Step preview

  1. Add brussels sprouts to a clean steamer basket
  2. Pour water into the inner pot
  3. Place a clean rack in the inner pot
  4. Set steamer basket on the rack
  5. Close and lock the lid and turn the steam release handle to Sealing
  6. Pressure cook - Steam, High, 1 min
  7. Quick release
  8. Cancel - Keep warm
  9. Transfer Brussels sprouts to serving plate
  10. Discard the water from the inner pot
  11. Dry inner pot with paper towels
  12. Add extra virgin olive oil to the inner pot
  13. Pre-heat until hot - Sauté, Normal
  14. Then add garlic clove to the inner pot
  15. Sauté - 1 min
  16. Return Brussels sprouts to inner pot
  17. Add balsamic vinegar, kosher salt and black pepper to the inner pot
  18. Sauté - 2 min
  19. Cancel - Sauté
  20. Transfer to serving plate
  21. Sprinkle with roasted sesame seeds
  22. Serve hot
