Step preview

  1. Add plain, sweetened soy milk and plain, dairy-free yogurt to the inner pot
  2. Stir well
  3. Cook - Yogurt, 14 hr
  4. Then stir vanilla extract into the inner pot
  5. Let cool slightly
  6. Transfer yogurt to jar
  7. Seal tightly
  8. Refrigerate until thickened - 4 hr
  9. Transfer yogurt to 4 pudding bowls
  10. Top with blackberries and pistachios
  11. Drizzle with honey
