Step preview

  1. Add onion, beef short ribs and beef stock to the inner pot
  2. Close and lock the lid and turn the steam release handle to Sealing
  3. Pressure cook - Meat, High, 1 hr
  4. Add mango, ginger and barbecue sauce to a clean saucepan
  5. Simmer until thick - approx 25 min
  6. Release pressure -
  7. Remove short ribs from Inner Pot to serving plates
  8. Stir mango into the inner pot
  9. Season to taste
  10. Skim fat from cooking liquid
  11. Pour sauce over meat
