Step preview

  1. Rub butter onto the clean ramekins
  2. Pour sugar into the ramekins
  3. Mix butter, semisweet chocolate chips and irish cream liqueur into a clean medium bowl
  4. Heat in microwave - 3 min, medium heat
  5. Stir well
  6. Add egg and egg yolk to a clean medium glass bowl
  7. Whisk together
  8. Transfer chocolate mixture to medium glass bowl
  9. Mix well
  10. Add powdered sugar, all purpose flour and salt to the medium glass bowl
  11. Mix well until thickened
  12. Add water to the inner pot
  13. Place a clean rack in the inner pot
  14. Divide batter between 4 ramekins
  15. Place ramekins on the rack
  16. Close and lock the lid and turn the steam release handle to Sealing
  17. Pressure cook - Manual, High, 8 min
  18. Quick release
  19. Remove
  20. Place onto cooling rack - 5 min
  21. Loosen
  22. Place 4 clean plates
  23. Invert ramekins onto plates
  24. Top with powdered sugar
  25. Garnish with raspberries and mint
