Step preview

  1. Place Acorn Squash on a clean work surface
  2. Drizzle with olive oil
  3. Sprinkle with salt, fresh sage and black pepper
  4. Arrange red grapes in the squash
  5. Sprinkle with shallot
  6. Place a clean rack in the inner pot
  7. Add water to the inner pot
  8. Place squash on rack carefully
  9. Close and lock the lid and turn the steam release handle to Sealing
  10. Pressure cook - Manual, High, 4 min
  11. Natural release - 10 min
  12. Release pressure -
  13. Transfer squash to plate
  14. Season with salt & pepper
