Shortcut: 1 teaspoon Mrs. Dash garlic and herb salt-free seasoning can be substituted for paprika and garlic powder. You can also just rub olive oil on the turkey skin and sprinkle the spices and salt on the skin.

Step preview

  1. Add bone-in turkey breast to a clean colander
  2. Rinse
  3. Drain
  4. Add butter, salt, garlic powder and paprika to a clean small bowl
  5. Transfer mixture to turkey
  6. Place a clean rack in the inner pot
  7. Add chicken broth to the inner pot
  8. Transfer turkey to inner pot
  9. Add onion and celery stalk to the inner pot
  10. Close and lock the lid and turn the steam release handle to Sealing
  11. Pressure cook - Manual, High, 32 min
  12. Natural release - 20 min
  13. Quick release
  14. Cancel - Keep warm
  15. Pre-heat broiler
  16. Line a clean baking sheet with foil
  17. Transfer turkey to baking sheet carefully
  18. Broil until golden brown - approx 4 min
  19. Reserve 2 cups of drippings in the inner pot
  20. Whisk cornstarch and water into a clean ramekin
  21. Pour slurry into inner pot
  22. Pre-heat - Sauté, Normal
  23. Cook until thickened while stirring frequently - approx 8 min
