Step preview

  1. Add unsalted butter, granulated sugar and brown sugar to a clean stand mixer bowl
  2. Cream
  3. Replace on Drop Scale
  4. Add peanut butter, egg and vanilla extract to the stand mixer bowl
  5. Mix well then set aside
  6. Add all purpose flour, baking soda and salt to a clean medium bowl
  7. Combine
  8. Mix dry ingredients into stand mixer bowl
  9. Prepare a clean baking sheet with parchment paper
  10. Scoop content of stand mixer bowl onto baking sheet
  11. Bake until just set - 10 min, 175°C
  12. Let cool slightly
  13. Transfer onto cooling rack
