  1. Place a clean stand mixer bowl on Drop Scale
  2. Add softened unsalted butter
  3. Add granulated sugar
  4. Add brown sugar
  5. Cream
  6. Replace on Drop Scale
  7. Add peanut butter
  8. Add egg
  9. Add vanilla extract
  10. Mix well then set aside
  11. Place a clean medium bowl on Drop Scale
  12. Add all purpose flour
  13. Add baking soda
  14. Add salt
  15. Combine
  16. Mix dry ingredients into stand mixer bowl
  17. Prepare a clean baking sheet with parchment paper
  18. Scoop content of stand mixer bowl onto baking sheet
  19. Bake until just set - 10 min, 175°C
  20. Let cool slightly
  21. Transfer onto cooling rack
