Step preview

  1. Remove outer leaves from artichoke, and gently spread the remaining leaves
  2. Add water to the inner pot
  3. Place a clean rack in the inner pot
  4. Add artichoke to the inner pot
  5. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese, salt and red pepper flakes
  6. Cook - Steam, High, 30 min
  7. Natural release - 15 min
  8. Release pressure -
  9. Top with additional parmesan
