Step preview

  1. Pre-heat until hot - Sauté, Normal
  2. Add olive oil, chili flakes and garlic clove to the inner pot
  3. Cook - 1 min
  4. Add protein pasta, canned diced tomatoes and water to the inner pot
  5. Close and lock the lid and turn the steam release handle to Sealing
  6. Pressure cook - Manual, High, 5 min
  7. Release pressure -
  8. Then stir black olives, fresh parsley, capers, fresh basil and anchovies into the inner pot
  9. Warm - 1 min
  10. Serve
