A delicious, toasty granola. Heavenly with yogurt for a quick no-fuss breakfast, or as a midnight treat! Store in an airtight container.
Ingredients
Rolled oats450 g
Sunflower seeds100 g
Sesame seeds100 g
Applesauce175 g
Ground cinnamon2 teaspoons
Ground ginger1 teaspoon
Brown rice syrup120 g
Honey4 tablespoons
Brown sugar100 g
Almonds250 g
Sea salt5 g
Sunflower oil2 tablespoons
Raisins300 g
Method
1. Pre-heat oven - 160°C
2. Add rolled oats, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, applesauce, ground cinnamon, ground ginger, brown rice syrup, honey, brown sugar, almonds, sea salt and sunflower oil to a clean large mixing bowl
3. Combine thoroughly
4. Transfer mixture to 2 baking sheets
5. Bake - 15 min
6. Mix gently
7. Bake - 15 min
8. Let cool
9. Add raisins to a clean small bowl
10. Mix raisins into large mixing bowl
