Step preview

  1. Add rolled oats, milk, water and cinnamon stick to a clean small bowl
  2. Place a clean rack in the inner pot
  3. Place bowl on the rack
  4. Add water to the inner pot
  5. Close and lock the lid and turn the steam release handle to Sealing
  6. Pressure cook - Manual, High, 5 min
  7. Natural release - 10 min
  8. Release pressure -
  9. Remove small bowl
  10. Mix thoroughly
  11. Top with apple
  12. Stir in brown sugar, apple, ground cinnamon and walnuts to the small bowl
