  • Fish sauce icon

    Method

  • 1. Add vermicelli to a clean large mixing bowl
  • 2. Cover with water
  • 3. Soak - 5 min
  • 4. Drain
  • 5. Add fish sauce, barley malt syrup, lime and garlic clove to a clean jar
  • 6. Shake until well combined
  • 7. Divide noodles between 2 medium bowls
  • 8. Add red cabbage, cucumber, carrot and whole chicken to the medium bowls
  • 9. Pour dressing into 2 medium bowls
  • 10. Garnish with avocado, peanuts, mint leaves and fresh chili
