Step preview

  1. Add vermicelli to a clean large mixing bowl
  2. Cover with water
  3. Soak - 5 min
  4. Drain
  5. Add fish sauce, barley malt syrup, lime and garlic clove to a clean jar
  6. Shake until well combined
  7. Divide noodles between 2 medium bowls
  8. Add red cabbage, cucumber, carrot and whole chicken to the medium bowls
  9. Pour dressing into 2 medium bowls
  10. Garnish with avocado, peanuts, mint and fresh chili
