Method
1. Fill a clean saucepan with water
2. Heat until boiling
3. Add macaroni to the saucepan
4. Cook - approx 9 min
5. Add butternut squash to a clean steamer basket
6. Place the steamer basket in the saucepan, lowering heat if necessary
7. When the pasta is ready, drain into a colander and set aside
8. Pre-heat your oven grill/broiler
9. Remove the pumpkin from the steamer, and transfer it into the saucepan you used to cook the pasta
10. Add milk and smoked paprika to the saucepan
11. Season with salt & pepper
12. Purée with stick blender until smooth
13. Add cheese to the saucepan
14. Stir until melted
15. Now add the pasta and broccoli to the saucepan and stir until the macaroni is coated with sauce
16. Transfer the macaroni and cheese to a medium sized oven proof dish
17. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese
18. Broil in broiler until melted - 5 min
19. Serve with mixed green salad
