Step preview

  1. Add olive oil to a clean frying pan
  2. Heat in frying pan - medium-high heat
  3. Add red onion, green beans and chorizo to the frying pan
  4. Add garlic clove to the frying pan
  5. Cook in frying pan while stirring occasionally - 5 min
  6. Add ground cumin, paprika, chili powder, cooked rice, crushed tomatoes and corn kernels to the frying pan
  7. Stir until well combined
  8. Cook in frying pan until heated through - 5 min
  9. Stir cilantro into the frying pan
  10. Divide rice between 2 plates
  11. Top with cilantro
