This pasta is seriously quick and easy, but amazingly tasty. Ham, asparagus and parmesan. Total match made in food heaven.

    150g (about 7½)
  • Baby spinach icon

    2 cups (62g)
  • Parmesan cheese icon

    200g (about 2¼ cups)
  • Frozen peas icon

Step preview

  1. Add penne to a clean large saucepan
  2. Cook
  3. Add asparagus to the large saucepan
  4. Cook
  5. Drain
  6. Stir ham, baby spinach, frozen peas and olive oil into the large saucepan
  7. Stir gently until wilted - 2 min
  8. Season with salt & pepper
  9. Divide pasta between 2 medium bowls
  10. Top with parmesan cheese
