Step preview

  1. Add sesame oil to a clean frying pan
  2. Heat in frying pan - medium-high heat
  3. Add garlic clove and fresh chili to the frying pan
  4. Fry in frying pan - 2 min
  5. Add green beans, broccolini and red bell pepper to the frying pan
  6. Cook in frying pan until tender while stirring occasionally - approx 6 min
  7. Whisk water and cornflour into a clean small bowl
  8. Add chicken, soy sauce, rice wine vinegar and barley malt syrup to the frying pan
  9. Stir until combined
  10. Stir content of small bowl into frying pan
  11. Heat in frying pan until boiling then reduce heat
  12. Stir udon noodles into the frying pan
  13. Cook in frying pan until heated through - 2 min
  14. Divide noodles between 2 medium bowls
  15. Scatter green onion and roasted peanuts over the medium bowls
